Day 4 and 5; ahhh. It’s almost a week yo.

Day four: Do you work out? How many times a week?

Yea. I worked out like 4 times a week. (I try to, since I am determined to lose weight within this 2 months holidays.) Usually, I would walk from my house to the stadium then run like 30 minutes, stretch a bit and then walk back home. Usually about 2 hours I guess?

Day five: Is there any specific event you want to lose the weight for?

Hmmmm. No? Or maybe yes. HAHA! I think the last event that I want to lose weight for is … okay. I think there isn’t. :P

Daily Intake:

Breakfast: Greek Yogurt + Banana + Strawberries + Blueberries + 1 tsp of honey

Lunch: Wrap + 1 seaweed + lettuces + 2 hard boiled eggs w/o yorks + cherry tomatoes

Snacks: 4 pieces of seaweed. (opps, but 10cal/piece so, hehe)

Dinner: Boiled cabbage + Mushrooms + tofu

Fruit: Watermelon

Breakfast: Sweet potato (2)

Lunch: Wrap(unfinished) + some chicken rice (damn damn guilty now) + chicken breast + lots of chilli + bean spouts + cucumber [going for exercise later, so a little bit more than usual?]

Dinner: Greek Yogurt + strawberries + blueberries + banana + 1 tsp of honey

Daily intake (Day 1-3)

Maybe I should record my daily intake although I don’t like to do it? 

Day 1 (27 August 2012)

Brunch: Greek Yogurt + Strawberries + Berries + one tsp of honey

Dinner: Broccoli + chicken breast + cherry tomatoes + baby carrots

Exercise:  Jog 3.4 km about 30 minutes

Day 2 (28 August 2012)

Breakfast: Greek Yogurt + Banana + Strawberries + Berries + one tsp of honey

Lunch: Salad - lettuces + cherry tomatoes + 2 hard boiled eggs + chicken breast 

Dinner: Fruits - Berries + Strawberries + Kiwi + Banana 

Exercise: Non

Day 3 (29 August 2012)

Breakfast: Greek Yogurt + Banana + Kiwi + one tsp of honey

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs w/o egg york

Dinner: Wholemeal Wrap + Lettuces + chicken breast (season with a little bit of salt and pepper) + cherry tomatoes + 1 hard boiled egg w/o york

Exercise: Jog 5km (about 45 minutes) 

My 2 months Challenge to weight loss; Day 1-3

I happened to be looking through some of the weight loss blogs and instagram photos, and that makes me very motivated to loss weight. I had tried for years, and although I had lost 30lbs for the last 3/4 years, but I find that it’s not enough. SO, for my 2 months holiday, I have decided to stay healthy by losing some more weights (like 20lbs). I am currently about 135lbs, and my desired weight is 110lbs. Yes, I’m still overweight despite the fact that I had already lost 30lbs. I know this is gonna be tough, but it’s gonna be worth it. (yaye.)

I will blog daily (i hope) based on the repost from 100pounds100days.tumblr.com so as to update and keep a record of my weight loss journey. heehe. Let’s go!!! 

WEEK ONE

Weekly challenge: Pick one unhealthy food or habit you have (eg. Artificial sweetener, chocolate, eating after 8pm, skipping breakfast) and aim to go 7 days without eating/doing it.

Day one: How tall are you, what do you currently weigh, and what do you hope to weigh after the 60 days? (Be realistic). 

I am about 5’4” and the last time (3 days ago) I weighed myself, I’m 135lbs. Well, after 60 days (i’m suppose to be realistic!), I hope that my weigh will be er… 115lbs. (Is this considered as realistic? I think so.)

Day two: What is your MAIN reason for wanting to lose weight? (Be honest.)

Hmmm. Good Question. I want to lose weight because I want to have those sexy 6 packs, not fats on my belly. :”( hehe. I keep telling myself, if I have nice sexy 6 packs, I would buy myself a bikini and get a naval piercing. How hot! HAHA! This keeps me motivated and going! 

Day three: Do you count calories? What is your daily calorie goal/allowance?

Used to. Then I stopped. I find that counting calories is not a very useful for me because I will always end up eating more than what I’m supposed to eat. But my daily calorie is 1200 kcal, and I make sure that I don’t exceed it. Basically, I eat vegetable (lettuce, tomato, broccoli… ), fruits (kiwi, banana, strawberries, blueberries), eggs for my meals. I try to keep away from carbs like rice and bread (my fav) as they make me fat? I think.
